Are there any Python libraries or tools available to collect historical data from Binance's API?
I am looking for Python libraries or tools that can be used to collect historical data from Binance's API. Can anyone recommend any reliable options? I want to be able to retrieve historical data for analysis and backtesting purposes. It would be great if the libraries or tools have good documentation and are easy to use. Thank you!

- Cannon SommerSep 10, 2021 · 5 years agoYes, there are several Python libraries and tools available that can be used to collect historical data from Binance's API. One popular option is the 'python-binance' library, which provides a simple and convenient way to access Binance's API and retrieve historical data. Another option is the 'ccxt' library, which is a unified API wrapper that supports multiple cryptocurrency exchanges, including Binance. Both libraries have good documentation and active communities that can provide support if needed. Happy data collecting!
- Subasri MApr 26, 2022 · 4 years agoDefinitely! You can use Python libraries like 'python-binance' or 'ccxt' to easily collect historical data from Binance's API. These libraries provide functions to retrieve historical data for various trading pairs and time intervals. You can specify the start and end dates, as well as the interval (e.g., 1 minute, 1 hour, 1 day) for the data. The retrieved data can then be used for analysis, backtesting, or any other purposes you have in mind. Give them a try and see which one suits your needs best!
