  As of now, there are no known cryptocurrency exchanges that accept copper as a form of payment. Most exchanges primarily accept fiat currencies or other cryptocurrencies.   Unfortunately, copper is not commonly accepted as a form of payment in the cryptocurrency world. Most exchanges focus on traditional payment methods such as bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or digital currencies. While it's an interesting idea, it's unlikely that you'll find a crypto exchange that specifically accepts copper as a payment method.
