  I haven't come across any cryptocurrency exchanges that accept Spotify admin as a form of payment. It seems that the majority of exchanges focus on more mainstream payment methods. However, the cryptocurrency industry is constantly evolving, so it's possible that in the future we may see exchanges that accept alternative forms of payment like Spotify admin credits.
