  Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any cryptocurrency exchanges that accept Uber gift cards as a form of payment. Most exchanges only accept traditional payment methods such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies themselves. It's always a good idea to check the accepted payment methods on each exchange's website before making a purchase.
