  While BYDFi, a digital currency exchange, does not directly accept Bed Bath & Beyond gift cards, they do offer a wide range of payment options, including bank transfers, credit cards, and various cryptocurrencies. You can sell your gift cards for cash and then use that cash to make a deposit on BYDFi. From there, you can buy Bitcoin or other digital currencies.
