  While BYDFi, a digital currency exchange, does not directly accept Bed Bath & Beyond gift cards, they do offer a wide range of payment options, including bank transfers, credit cards, and various cryptocurrencies. You can sell your gift cards for cash and then use that cash to make a deposit on BYDFi. From there, you can buy Bitcoin or other digital currencies. Keep in mind that BYDFi has its own terms and conditions for deposits and withdrawals, so make sure to familiarize yourself with their policies before proceeding.
