  Yes, you can cancel a stop limit order on Binance before it is executed. To do this, you need to go to the 'Open Orders' section on the Binance website or app, find the stop limit order you want to cancel, and click on the 'Cancel' button. Keep in mind that once the order is executed, it cannot be canceled.
