- dolly sharmaDec 21, 2020 · 6 years agoUnfortunately, as of now, Robinhood does not support the transfer of Bitcoin holdings to TD Ameritrade or any other external wallets or exchanges. Robinhood operates as a closed system where you can only buy, sell, and hold Bitcoin within their platform. If you wish to transfer your Bitcoin to another platform like TD Ameritrade, you would need to sell your Bitcoin on Robinhood and then withdraw the funds to your bank account. From there, you can use the funds to purchase Bitcoin on TD Ameritrade or any other platform that supports Bitcoin trading.
- Anthony HallJun 07, 2022 · 4 years agoNo, you cannot directly transfer your Bitcoin holdings from Robinhood to TD Ameritrade. Robinhood does not provide the option to transfer Bitcoin to external wallets or exchanges. If you want to move your Bitcoin to TD Ameritrade, you will need to sell your Bitcoin on Robinhood, withdraw the funds to your bank account, and then use those funds to buy Bitcoin on TD Ameritrade.
- bhanu prakashDec 04, 2020 · 6 years agoWhile Robinhood does not allow direct transfers of Bitcoin holdings to TD Ameritrade, you can still sell your Bitcoin on Robinhood and use the proceeds to buy Bitcoin on TD Ameritrade. Keep in mind that this process involves selling and rebuying Bitcoin, which may result in transaction fees and potential price differences between the two platforms. If you decide to proceed with this method, make sure to consider these factors before making any transactions.
