  Unfortunately, PayPal does not currently support direct transfers of cryptocurrencies internationally. While PayPal has started to accept cryptocurrencies as a form of payment, these transactions are limited to within the same country. Therefore, you cannot use PayPal to transfer funds internationally with cryptocurrencies.
