  As of now, Airbnb does not accept payment in cryptocurrencies. The platform only supports traditional payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. So, unfortunately, you cannot use Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other digital currencies to pay for your Airbnb bookings.
