  Yes, I've also faced similar problems with the crypto.com app. It seems to be a technical issue on their end. I contacted their support team and they mentioned that they are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. They advised me to try clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app to see if that resolves the issue. Hopefully, they will resolve it soon.
