One possible solution is to double-check that you're entering the verification code correctly. It's easy to make a mistake when typing it in, so take your time and make sure each character is correct. If you're still having trouble, try requesting a new verification code from the exchange. They may have sent you an incorrect or expired code. If none of these solutions work, reach out to the exchange's customer support for further assistance. They should be able to help you resolve the issue.

I've encountered this issue before, and what worked for me was clearing my browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, outdated or corrupted data can interfere with the verification process. By clearing your cache and cookies, you're essentially starting fresh and giving the exchange a clean slate to work with. Give it a try and see if it resolves the issue for you.

At BYDFi, we understand how frustrating it can be to deal with an invalid verification code. One thing you can try is to check if the code has expired. Verification codes usually have a time limit, and if you take too long to enter it, it may become invalid. If that's the case, request a new code and make sure to enter it promptly. If the issue persists, contact the exchange's support team for further assistance. They have the expertise to help you troubleshoot and fix the issue.
