  I had a similar issue with Google 2-factor authentication not working on a different cryptocurrency exchange. In my case, clearing the cache and cookies of my browser solved the problem. You can try doing the same by going to the settings of your browser and clearing the browsing data. After that, try logging in to the exchange again and see if the authentication works. If not, you can also try using a different browser or device to see if that makes a difference.
