I recently got a crypto.com card, but it's not working. What can I do to fix this issue? I've tried using it at different merchants, but it keeps getting declined. Is there something wrong with the card or is there a problem with my account?

- Noureldin ElabyadNov 08, 2020 · 5 years agoDon't worry, there are a few things you can try to fix this issue. First, make sure that your card is activated. Sometimes, new cards need to be activated before they can be used. Check the instructions that came with the card or contact crypto.com support for assistance. If your card is already activated, try contacting your bank or card issuer to see if there are any issues with your account. They may be able to provide more information or help resolve the problem. Additionally, double-check that you have enough funds in your crypto.com account to cover the transaction. If you're still having trouble, reach out to crypto.com support for further assistance.

Check the expiration date on your card and if it has expired, contact crypto.com support to request a replacement. They should be able to assist you with getting a new card that will work properly.
