- Richard BelloOct 11, 2021 · 5 years agoOne possible solution is to clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, accumulated data can cause conflicts and result in display issues. To clear your cache and cookies in Firefox, go to the menu, select Options, then Privacy & Security. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section and click on Clear Data. Make sure to check the boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content, then click on Clear. Restart your browser and try accessing the cryptocurrency trading platforms again. Hopefully, this resolves the black screen issue.
- Ahmed AbdoFeb 27, 2026 · 3 months agoAnother solution you can try is to disable any browser extensions or add-ons that might be causing conflicts. Sometimes, certain extensions can interfere with the display of web pages and result in issues like a black screen. To disable extensions in Firefox, go to the menu, select Add-ons, then Extensions. Disable any extensions that you suspect might be causing the problem, then restart your browser and try accessing the cryptocurrency trading platforms again. If the black screen issue is resolved, you can try enabling the extensions one by one to identify the specific one causing the problem.
- JimboJul 11, 2022 · 4 years agoIf the above solutions don't work, you can try using a different browser to access the cryptocurrency trading platforms. Browsers like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge might not have the same compatibility issues as Firefox. Additionally, you can also consider using a dedicated cryptocurrency trading platform application or software instead of accessing it through a browser. These applications are specifically designed for trading cryptocurrencies and usually provide a smoother and more stable user experience. BYDFi, for example, offers a user-friendly trading platform application that you can download and install on your device.
