- RougeJun 17, 2022 · 3 years agoSure thing! Transferring your authenticator app to a new phone is actually quite simple. Here's what you need to do: 1. Install the authenticator app on your new phone. You can find it in the app store for your device. 2. Open the app on your new phone and select the option to add an account. 3. On your old phone, open the authenticator app and go to the settings or options menu. 4. Look for the option to export or transfer your accounts. This will usually generate a QR code or a secret key. 5. Back on your new phone, use the camera to scan the QR code or enter the secret key manually. 6. Once the app verifies the code or key, your accounts will be transferred to your new phone and you can start using the authenticator app on it. That's it! Your authenticator app is now set up on your new phone and you can access your cryptocurrency accounts with it.
