  To transfer tokens from Etherscan to Metamask, you need to follow these steps: 1. Open your Metamask wallet and make sure it is connected to the Ethereum network. 2. Go to Etherscan and search for the token you want to transfer. 3. Once you find the token, click on the 'Contract' tab. 4. Copy the contract address of the token. 5. In Metamask, click on the 'Add Token' button. 6. Paste the contract address and click 'Next'. 7. Metamask will automatically detect the token details. 8. Click 'Add Tokens' to add the token to your Metamask wallet. 9. Now, you can go to your Metamask wallet and click on the 'Send' button to transfer the tokens. Note: Make sure you have enough ETH in your Metamask wallet to cover the transaction fees.
