I recently noticed that my Ledger Nano X only turns on when it's plugged in. When I unplug it, the device immediately shuts off. I've tried different USB cables and ports, but the issue persists. How can I troubleshoot this problem and fix it?

- AltproDec 26, 2021 · 4 years agoOne possible reason for this issue is a faulty battery. Try charging your Ledger Nano X for a few hours and see if it turns on without being plugged in. If it still doesn't work, you may need to replace the battery. Contact Ledger support for further assistance.

To do this, press and hold the button on the device for about 10 seconds until the screen turns off. Then, release the button and press it again to turn on the device. This can sometimes fix minor software glitches.
- OKOROSep 24, 2022 · 3 years agoIt's possible that the USB port on your computer or the cable itself is causing the issue. Try using a different USB port or cable to see if that makes a difference. Additionally, make sure that the cable is securely connected to both the Ledger Nano X and your computer.
