  To identify and unblock blocked users on Discord, you can follow these steps: 1. Open the Discord app on your mobile device. 2. Go to the server where the user is blocked. 3. Tap on the server's name at the top of the screen to open the server settings. 4. Scroll down and tap on 'Members'. 5. Look for the blocked user in the member list. They will have a red 'Blocked' label next to their name. 6. Tap on the blocked user's name to open their profile. 7. Tap on the three dots (...) at the top right corner of the screen. 8. Select 'Unblock' from the options. Now, the user will be unblocked and you will be able to interact with them again.
