This is mainly due to the fact that the stock market has been around for much longer and has a larger number of participants, including institutional investors and large corporations. However, it's worth noting that the trading volume in the cryptocurrency market has been rapidly growing in recent years, and some cryptocurrency exchanges, like Binance, have even surpassed the trading volume of certain stock exchanges on certain days.

  From my experience at BYDFi, a cryptocurrency exchange, I can tell you that the trading volume in the cryptocurrency market has been steadily increasing. While it may not yet match the trading volume of the largest US stock exchanges on a consistent basis, there are days when certain cryptocurrency exchanges see higher trading volumes. This is particularly true during periods of high market volatility or when new cryptocurrencies are listed. It's an exciting time to be part of the cryptocurrency industry, as we continue to see growth and innovation in trading volume.
