The stop order is used to trigger a buy or sell order when the price reaches a certain level. The limit order, on the other hand, is used to set the maximum or minimum price at which the trader is willing to buy or sell the digital currency. When one of the orders is executed, the other order is automatically canceled. This type of order provides traders with more flexibility and control over their trades, allowing them to set both profit targets and stop loss levels at the same time.
