- Trevino FaulknerNov 29, 2022 · 4 years agoSure! Cryptocurrency transactions work through a decentralized digital ledger called the blockchain. When someone initiates a transaction, it gets broadcasted to a network of computers known as nodes. These nodes verify the transaction and add it to a block. Once the block is added to the blockchain, the transaction becomes permanent and cannot be altered. The transaction details, including the sender, recipient, and amount, are encrypted to ensure security. Miners play a crucial role in the transaction process by solving complex mathematical problems to validate and add new blocks to the blockchain. This process, known as mining, ensures the integrity and security of the cryptocurrency network.
- LinHanJiMay 27, 2021 · 5 years agoCryptocurrency transactions are like digital cash transfers. When you send cryptocurrency to someone, you create a digital signature using your private key. This signature proves that you are the rightful owner of the cryptocurrency and authorizes the transfer. The transaction is then broadcasted to the network, where miners validate and confirm its legitimacy. Once confirmed, the transaction is added to a block and becomes part of the blockchain. The decentralized nature of cryptocurrencies ensures that transactions are transparent, secure, and resistant to censorship.
