- ahmad naderiMar 05, 2024 · 2 years agoLP farming, also known as liquidity provider farming, is a process in the world of digital currencies where users provide liquidity to decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and are rewarded with tokens. This process involves users depositing their tokens into liquidity pools, which are used to facilitate trades on the DEX. In return for providing liquidity, users receive LP tokens, which represent their share of the liquidity pool. These LP tokens can then be staked or locked up in specific smart contracts to earn additional rewards. LP farming benefits participants by allowing them to earn passive income through their token holdings and also helps to ensure sufficient liquidity on DEXs.
