  I had a similar issue with Jaxx and Shapeshift, and what worked for me was to disconnect and reconnect my wallet in the Jaxx app. To do this, go to the settings menu in Jaxx, select the wallet that is connected to Shapeshift, and then choose the option to disconnect.
