  To reset your PDT status on Webull, you need to make sure you have a cash account instead of a margin account. PDT rules only apply to margin accounts. Contact Webull support and request to switch your account type to a cash account. Once your account is switched, your PDT status will be reset and you can trade without the restrictions.
