- Uriel GranadosDec 26, 2023 · 2 years agoUnfortunately, if you lose your phone and don't have a backup of your 2FA code, it can be difficult to recover it. This is because 2FA is designed to provide an extra layer of security and prevent unauthorized access to your account. However, you may be able to regain access to your account by contacting the customer support of the cryptocurrency exchange you are using. They may have a process in place to help users in situations like this.
