  Nope, sorry! Venmo doesn't allow chargebacks for digital currency transactions. They only support chargebacks for transactions made with traditional fiat currencies. So if you paid with Bitcoin or any other digital currency on Venmo and want to get your money back, you'll have to reach out to Venmo support and see if they can help you out.
