  Unfortunately, most cryptocurrency exchanges do not allow you to withdraw funds while a deposit is still pending. This is because the exchange needs to confirm the deposit before allowing any withdrawals. Once the deposit is confirmed, you should be able to withdraw the funds without any issues.
