Is there a universal routing number for blockchain-based financial services in America?
Can anyone tell me if there is a universal routing number that can be used for blockchain-based financial services in America? I'm curious to know if there is a centralized system for routing transactions in the blockchain space, similar to the routing numbers used in traditional banking.

- Damian CascallanaSep 09, 2022 · 4 years agoAs of now, there is no universal routing number for blockchain-based financial services in America. Unlike traditional banking, blockchain transactions are decentralized and do not rely on a centralized routing system. Each blockchain network has its own unique identifiers and addresses for routing transactions. Therefore, when conducting transactions in the blockchain space, you need to ensure that you have the correct address or identifier for the specific blockchain network you are using.
- Gueye BirahimJun 30, 2025 · a year agoNope, there's no universal routing number for blockchain-based financial services in America. Blockchain operates on a peer-to-peer network, which means that transactions are verified and recorded by multiple participants in the network. Instead of relying on a centralized routing system, blockchain uses cryptographic algorithms to ensure the security and integrity of transactions. So, if you're looking to send or receive funds through blockchain, you'll need to use the specific address or identifier provided by the platform or network you're using.
- damianOct 16, 2022 · 4 years agoWell, the answer is no. There isn't a universal routing number for blockchain-based financial services in America. However, some platforms or exchanges may have their own routing systems or unique identifiers for transactions within their networks. For example, BYDFi, a popular cryptocurrency exchange, has its own routing system that allows users to easily transfer funds between accounts within the exchange. But keep in mind that this routing system is specific to BYDFi and may not be applicable to other blockchain networks or exchanges.
