  Unfortunately, the Safemoon website does not currently offer a direct swap feature for old Safemoon tokens to new Safemoon tokens. However, you can use decentralized exchanges like PancakeSwap or BitMart to perform the swap. Just connect your wallet to the exchange, select the old Safemoon token and the new Safemoon token, and complete the swap transaction.
