  I had a similar issue with mycelium not being able to broadcast transactions. One thing that helped me was adjusting the transaction fee. Sometimes, if the fee is too low, the transaction may not get picked up by miners and therefore not be broadcasted. Try increasing the fee and see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, double-check the recipient's address to ensure it is correct. If the address is invalid or mistyped, the transaction will not be broadcasted. Lastly, if you are using a VPN or any other network configuration, try disabling it temporarily and see if that makes a difference.
