- Milly NamayanjaMar 17, 2023 · 3 years agoSure, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue with Neon Wallet not claiming gas. First, make sure you have the latest version of the wallet installed. Sometimes, outdated versions can cause problems. If that doesn't work, try reconnecting your wallet to the blockchain. This can be done by going to the settings menu and selecting 'Reconnect'. If the issue persists, you can reach out to the Neon Wallet support team for further assistance.
- Mcdaniel LesterJan 30, 2025 · 8 months agoI had the same problem with my Neon Wallet not claiming gas. What worked for me was resetting the wallet. To do this, go to the settings menu and select 'Reset Wallet'. Keep in mind that this will remove all your wallet data, so make sure you have a backup of your private keys or recovery phrase. After resetting, try claiming gas again and see if it works.
- Marilexy GuerreroJan 23, 2022 · 4 years agoI had a similar issue with Neon Wallet not claiming gas, and I found a solution on the BYDFi forum. According to a post by a user named CryptoExpert123, you can try changing the network settings in the wallet. Go to the settings menu, select 'Network', and choose a different network from the list. Then, try claiming gas again. This workaround worked for me, so it's worth giving it a try.

They are usually very supportive and can provide guidance on how to resolve this problem.
- Dissing HarrisonJun 28, 2023 · 2 years agoI understand your frustration with Neon Wallet not claiming gas. It can be a common issue, but there are ways to troubleshoot it. One possible solution is to check if your wallet has enough NEO in it to cover the gas fees. If your wallet balance is low, it may not be able to claim gas. Another thing you can try is reinstalling the wallet. Sometimes, a fresh installation can resolve any software glitches that may be causing the issue. If none of these solutions work, you can consider reaching out to the Neon Wallet support team for further assistance.
