Is there a way to troubleshoot the problem of not receiving a verification code from Coinbase?
I've been trying to sign up for Coinbase but I'm not receiving the verification code. Is there a way to troubleshoot this issue? I've checked my spam folder and made sure my phone number is correct, but still no luck. Any suggestions?

- Blessed EmedetSep 06, 2025 ¡ 7 months agoI had a similar issue with Coinbase before. One thing you can try is to request the verification code again. Sometimes, the code can take a while to arrive, so it's worth giving it another shot. If that doesn't work, you can also try using a different phone number or email address to see if that resolves the problem. It's also a good idea to double-check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes the verification code emails can end up there.
- Pardhu AvulaMar 27, 2021 ¡ 5 years agoAt BYDFi, we've seen cases where users have experienced difficulties receiving verification codes from Coinbase. This could be due to various reasons, such as network issues or email filtering. One possible solution is to whitelist Coinbase's email address to ensure that their emails are not being blocked or filtered. Additionally, you can try using a different email provider or contact Coinbase's support team for further assistance.
- Hancock HaysJul 18, 2023 ¡ 3 years agoI feel your frustration! Not receiving the verification code can be really annoying. đ One thing you can try is to check if you have any email filters set up that might be blocking the verification code email. Also, make sure to add Coinbase's email address to your contacts or safe senders list to prevent it from going to the spam folder. If all else fails, reach out to Coinbase's support team and explain the situation. They should be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and get you on board.
