  I had a similar issue with my bitconnect wallet before. One thing that worked for me was to delete the blockchain data and let the wallet resync from scratch. To do this, you can navigate to the folder where your wallet data is stored and delete the files related to the blockchain. Then, reopen the wallet and it should start syncing again. Keep in mind that this process may take some time, as the wallet needs to download the entire blockchain again.
