Gox exchange hack, where millions of dollars' worth of Bitcoin was stolen due to security vulnerabilities. Additionally, there have been cases of Initial Coin Offering (ICO) scams, where projects raised funds through ICOs but never delivered on their promises. These are just a few examples of the various cryptocurrency scams that have taken place.
