The smallest unit of bitcoin is called a satoshi, named after the pseudonymous creator of bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto. One bitcoin is equivalent to 100 million satoshis. So, if you have 1 bitcoin, you have 100 million satoshis. The conversion rate between bitcoin and satoshis is fixed and does not change.
