It consists of five components: Tenkan-sen, Kijun-sen, Senkou Span A, Senkou Span B, and Chikou Span. The Tenkan-sen and Kijun-sen lines help identify short-term and medium-term trends, while the Senkou Span A and Senkou Span B lines form the cloud, which represents support and resistance levels. The Chikou Span line shows the current closing price relative to past prices. Traders use the Ichimoku indicator to determine trend direction, support and resistance levels, and potential entry and exit points in cryptocurrency trading.
