On the other hand, NFTs, or non-fungible tokens, represent unique digital items such as artwork, collectibles, or virtual real estate. Each NFT is distinct and cannot be replaced by another token. So, while cryptocurrencies are used for transactions and investments, NFTs are primarily used for ownership and provenance of digital assets.
