  Well, the longest transaction time for Ethereum that I've come across was around 24 hours. It was an exceptional case where the network was heavily congested, resulting in a significant delay in transaction confirmations. However, such instances are quite rare, and under normal circumstances, Ethereum transactions are usually confirmed within minutes.

  You won't believe it, but I once had a transaction on Ethereum that took a whopping 36 hours to get confirmed! It was during a period of intense network congestion, and it was quite frustrating to wait for so long. Thankfully, such situations are not very common, and most Ethereum transactions are processed much faster.
