- Shivam KhandelwalJun 22, 2024 · 2 years agoAbsolutely! You don't have to buy a whole Bitcoin. Bitcoin is divisible, which means you can buy and own a fraction of a Bitcoin. The smallest unit of Bitcoin is called a Satoshi, named after the creator of Bitcoin. One Bitcoin is equal to 100 million Satoshis. So, you can buy as little as 0.00000001 Bitcoin, which is equivalent to 1 Satoshi. This allows for greater accessibility and flexibility in investing in Bitcoin.
