The upcoming Goguen phase will introduce smart contracts and enable developers to build dApps on Cardano. Beyond Goguen, Cardano has plans for the Basho phase, which will improve scalability and interoperability, and the Voltaire phase, which will introduce a governance system. As for upcoming developments, Cardano is actively working on expanding its ecosystem and exploring partnerships with other projects. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
