- Quang TranMar 16, 2022 · 4 years agoIf you're not receiving any alerts from Coinbase, there are a few things you can try to fix the issue. First, make sure that your email notifications are enabled in your Coinbase account settings. Go to the 'Settings' tab and check if the 'Email Notifications' option is turned on. If it's already on, try turning it off and then turning it back on again. This can sometimes refresh the notification system and solve the problem. If that doesn't work, check your spam or junk folder in your email account. Sometimes, Coinbase alerts can end up in these folders instead of your inbox. If you find any Coinbase emails in your spam folder, mark them as 'not spam' to ensure that future alerts are delivered to your inbox. Lastly, if none of these solutions work, you can reach out to Coinbase support for further assistance. They have a dedicated support team that can help you troubleshoot and resolve any issues you're experiencing with alerts.
- Elfan NandaFeb 24, 2024 · 2 years agoHey there! It can be frustrating when you're not receiving alerts from Coinbase. One thing you can try is to check your notification settings within the Coinbase mobile app. Open the app and go to the 'Settings' section. From there, make sure that the 'Alerts' option is enabled. If it's already enabled, try disabling it and then enabling it again. This can sometimes refresh the notification system and get your alerts working again. If that doesn't work, you can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Coinbase app. This can help resolve any potential software glitches that may be causing the issue. If all else fails, you can contact Coinbase support for further assistance. They have a team of experts who can help you troubleshoot and fix the problem.
- Trần Bảo LâmMar 27, 2025 · 8 months agoIf you're not receiving any alerts from Coinbase, it's possible that there may be a technical issue on their end. Coinbase occasionally experiences downtime or technical glitches that can affect the delivery of alerts. In such cases, it's best to be patient and wait for the issue to be resolved. You can check Coinbase's official Twitter account or their status page for any updates on ongoing issues. Alternatively, you can also try using a different cryptocurrency exchange platform, like BYDFi, which offers reliable alert systems. BYDFi has a user-friendly interface and a robust notification system that ensures you never miss out on important alerts. Give it a try and see if it meets your needs.

- Jorell KerenSep 24, 2022 · 3 years agoHaving trouble receiving alerts from Coinbase? Don't worry, you're not alone. One possible solution is to check if you have accidentally blocked Coinbase's email address. Sometimes, email providers have strict spam filters that can block legitimate emails. Check your email settings or contact your email provider to see if Coinbase's email address is blocked. If it is, unblock it and mark it as 'safe' to ensure that future alerts are delivered to your inbox. Additionally, make sure that your email address is correctly linked to your Coinbase account. Log in to your Coinbase account, go to the 'Settings' tab, and verify that the correct email address is associated with your account. If all else fails, you can always reach out to Coinbase support for further assistance. They are there to help you troubleshoot and resolve any issues you're facing with alerts.
