- Amit RawatJun 29, 2023 · 3 years agoIf you're not receiving email confirmations from BitMEX, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue. First, check your spam or junk folder to make sure the emails haven't been filtered there. If you find the emails in your spam folder, mark them as 'not spam' to ensure future emails from BitMEX go to your inbox. Additionally, make sure you have entered the correct email address during the registration process. If you have entered the wrong email address, you will not receive any email confirmations. Lastly, check if your email provider has any filters or settings that may be blocking the emails. You can contact your email provider's support for further assistance.
- Bastian050107Jul 11, 2021 · 5 years agoHey there! It can be frustrating when you're not receiving email confirmations from BitMEX. One thing you can do is to add BitMEX's email address to your contacts or safe senders list. This can help prevent the emails from being marked as spam. Another option is to whitelist BitMEX's domain in your email settings. By doing so, you're telling your email provider that you trust emails coming from BitMEX. If these steps don't work, you can reach out to BitMEX's customer support for further assistance. They should be able to help you resolve the issue.

Some email providers have strict spam filters that may block emails from certain senders. In this case, you can try using a different email address from a different provider to see if you receive the email confirmations. Alternatively, you can contact BitMEX's customer support and let them know about the issue. They might be able to provide you with alternative methods of account verification.
