- PlasmoApr 20, 2025 · a year agoIt can be frustrating when you are unable to access your cryptocurrency account even after entering the correct Google Authenticator code. One possible reason for this issue could be a time synchronization problem between your device and the Google Authenticator server. Make sure that the time on your device is synchronized with the internet time and try again. If the issue persists, you may need to reset the Google Authenticator app and set it up again.
- bullcheckFeb 03, 2025 · a year agoI understand how frustrating it can be to encounter this issue. One possible solution is to check if the Google Authenticator app on your device is up to date. Outdated versions of the app may cause compatibility issues and prevent you from accessing your account. Try updating the app to the latest version and see if that resolves the problem.
