- JooOct 12, 2021 · 4 years agoIt's possible that your crypto trading platform does not support Bluetooth connections. Some platforms may only allow for wired connections or connections through specific devices. Make sure to check the platform's documentation or contact their support team to confirm if Bluetooth connectivity is supported.
- Erickson WongFeb 28, 2022 · 4 years agoBluetooth connection issues can also be caused by interference from other devices or objects. Try moving your Bluetooth-enabled device closer to the platform or removing any potential sources of interference, such as other electronic devices or walls. This may help establish a more stable connection.
