- Brooke Westhafer Brooke hensonSep 09, 2025 · 8 months agoThere could be several reasons why you are unable to withdraw funds from Robinhood after selling stocks. One possibility is that the funds from the sale have not yet settled. It usually takes a couple of days for the funds to settle after a stock sale, during which time they are not available for withdrawal. Another possibility is that you may have unsettled trades or pending orders that are preventing you from withdrawing the funds. It's also worth checking if there are any restrictions or limitations on your account that could be causing this issue. To get a better understanding of the specific reason, it's recommended to contact Robinhood's customer support for assistance.
- SzeniSep 15, 2025 · 8 months agoI understand how frustrating it can be when you can't withdraw funds from Robinhood after selling stocks. One reason for this could be that your account is flagged for suspicious activity. Robinhood has strict security measures in place to protect users' funds, and if they detect any unusual or potentially fraudulent activity, they may temporarily restrict withdrawals. Another possibility is that there might be a technical issue or glitch in the platform that is causing the problem. In such cases, it's best to reach out to Robinhood's support team for further assistance and clarification.
