  I had a similar issue with Coinbase not being able to find my bank. After contacting their support, they informed me that they were aware of the issue and were working on resolving it. They suggested trying again in a few days, and indeed, the problem was fixed. So, my advice would be to reach out to Coinbase support and see if they can assist you with the issue.
