- Stanley WichmannMar 21, 2024 · 2 years agoThere could be several reasons why your phone is not scanning QR codes for cryptocurrency transactions. One possibility is that your phone's camera is not functioning properly. Try cleaning the camera lens and make sure there are no obstructions. Another possibility is that the QR code you are trying to scan is not clear or damaged. Make sure the QR code is in focus and well-lit. If none of these solutions work, you may need to update your phone's software or try using a different QR code scanning app.
- Maxuel AssisMay 05, 2022 · 4 years agoHey there! It's frustrating when your phone refuses to scan QR codes for cryptocurrency transactions, right? One reason could be that your phone's camera is not able to focus properly on the QR code. Try holding your phone steady and ensuring that the QR code is well-lit. If that doesn't work, it's possible that the QR code is not compatible with your phone's scanning app. You can try using a different QR code scanning app or updating your current one. If all else fails, you might want to consider using a different device to scan the QR code.
