MoonX Delisting and Service Adjustment Notice
Dear Users,
Thank you for your continued support and trust in MoonX.
To further optimize platform resource allocation and enhance overall service quality and user experience, the MoonX module will be officially discontinued on June 30, 2026. Related MoonX features and services will be gradually terminated, and assets within the MoonX module will no longer be available for trading, deposits, or other operations.
Please carefully review the following important timeline and complete all asset transfers and withdrawals in advance to avoid any impact on your assets.
📅 Important Timeline
1️⃣ Partial Feature Suspension
Starting from May 27, 2026, MoonX will disable certain feature entries, including but not limited to:
- Deposit functions
- Wallet creation functions
⚠️ The following functions will remain available during this stage:
- Withdrawals / asset transfers
- On-chain trading functions
Existing accounts and assets will not be affected during this period, and users may continue managing and withdrawing their assets normally.
2️⃣ Official Delisting of MoonX
Starting from June 30, 2026, the MoonX module will officially cease operations. All related services will be fully terminated, including:
- Deposits / withdrawals
- Asset transfers
- On-chain trading
- Onchain Prediction
- Wallet-related services
⚠️ After delisting, users will no longer be able to access or operate any MoonX-related functions.
🚨 Asset Handling After June 30, 2026
If users still have assets that have not been withdrawn or migrated after the MoonX module is discontinued:
- The platform may subsequently assist in transferring eligible assets to your BYDFi Spot account
- Due to manual processing and asset verification procedures, processing times may be significantly longer
- Certain assets may require additional identity verification through customer support before processing can be completed
- Users are responsible for any delays or inconvenience caused by late asset handling
To avoid affecting your asset accessibility and processing efficiency, please complete all withdrawals and migrations before the delisting date.
⚠️ Important Reminder: Please Handle Your Assets Promptly
All users holding assets within MoonX are strongly advised to complete asset conversion and withdrawals as soon as possible.
Recommended steps:
1. Log in to the MoonX platform
Please ensure you are logged into the correct account and complete all required security verification steps.
2. Review your assets and wallets
Go to the asset page and confirm all assets and wallets requiring processing.
⚠️ Please pay special attention to:
- Whether multiple wallets exist
- Whether any referral commissions remain unwithdrawn
- Whether there are unfinished trades or remaining balances
3. Convert assets into native tokens
Please use MoonX’s built-in trading function to convert assets into the corresponding native chain tokens:
- Solana Chain ➝ SOL
- BSC Chain ➝ BNB
- Base Chain ➝ ETH
4. Complete withdrawals
After conversion, immediately withdraw assets to your BYDFi main account or an external wallet address

- Users are strongly encouraged to complete all asset processing and withdrawals in advance
- Please avoid waiting until the final days to perform operations, as blockchain congestion or delays may occur
- Asset balances below 1 USDT may not be eligible for processing
- If you encounter any issues, please contact official customer support for assistance
- MoonX will continue providing updates and announcements regarding related arrangements
