Dear Platform users,

Thank you for your continued support and trust. To ensure stable system performance and further improve service quality, we will conduct scheduled maintenance and upgrades during the following time window:

Service Downtime:

| Germany and most EU countries (CET) | December 1, 00:30–04:30 |

| Ireland (GMT) | November 30, 23:30 – December 1, 03:30 |

During the maintenance period, all platform services will be temporarily unavailable.

After services resume, the following adjustments will apply to users in the European Union:

1. All USDT trading pairs will be temporarily disabled in the EU due to regulatory requirements.

2. If EU users attempt to place trades or RFQ requests using USDT trading pairs through the API, the system will return an error message indicating that the pair is unavailable.

3. All EU users will transition to trading in USDC, which is the only officially permitted stablecoin for use within the EU under current regulations.

We will determine which blockchain network to use for USDC transfers, ensuring the fastest speed and lowest transaction costs.

Please make any necessary preparations in advance to minimize impact during this maintenance period.
