BYDFi Bonus Officially Upgraded and Live!
Dear BYDFi Users,
To offer a more flexible and secure contract trading experience, we are excited to announce the upcoming upgrade of the Bonus! This update will bring comprehensive improvements to distribution logic and usage rules, helping you manage funds more efficiently and enhance your trading experience.
📌 About the Original Bonus Wallet
To ensure a smooth transition during the system upgrade, the original bonus wallet will remain visible for a limited time as a buffer period. However, it comes with the following restrictions:
- Only "transfer out" is supported
- Unable to open positions
- Funds will not be automatically transferred to the Default wallet; users need to manually transfer them to the spot account
- Bonus funds that are still valid (not expired) will be automatically transferred to the Default wallet within 1day for continued use
→ Bonus amounts below 1 USDT will not be transferred
🚀 New Bonus Rules (Distributed to Default Wallet)
1️⃣ Distribution & Account
- Bonuses will be uniformly distributed to the Basic Wallet (Default) and are only available for USDT-M contracts.
2️⃣ Deductible Items & Ratio
- Bonuses can be used to partially cover the following items: ✅ Margin ✅ Trading fees ❌ Cannot be used to cover funding fees or liquidation fees
- Current deduction ratio is 50% (subject to future adjustments)
- If both bonuses and own funds exist in the contract account, bonuses will be used first proportionally, and the rest will be covered by own funds.
- If own funds are insufficient, bonuses can still cover losses from non-deductible items to avoid trading disruptions.
3️⃣ Position Mode & Leverage Limits
- Bonuses support both One-way and Hedge modes, allowing users to choose freely based on their strategy.
- If the total account balance (including bonuses) falls below a specified threshold, the system will restrict the maximum leverage across all contracts to control risk.
4️⃣ Transfer Restrictions
- If there are no open positions or pending orders, users can freely transfer out their own funds; however, unused bonuses will immediately become invalid.
- If there are open positions or pending orders, and bonuses exist in the account, transfers will be disabled.
5️⃣ Bonus Expiry Handling
- Once the bonus expires, the system will automatically recall it: If the available transferable balance covers the amount to be recall, it will be deducted directly without affecting positions or orders. If the available amount is insufficient, the system will: Cancel all opening orders first; If still insufficient, liquidate all positions to complete the reclaim.
🔔 Note:
- Please keep track of your bonus expiration date and manage your funds and positions accordingly to avoid potential risks from automatic recovery.
- All rules above are subject to the actual in-system display.
Thank you for your continued support and trust in BYDFi. We remain committed to optimizing our products and user experience. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
